Production Manager

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international Consumer Electronics Processing Company. Our client is seeking for a Production Manager with a strong background of factory management.

Job Summary:

You will take responsible for the company's production plant and make sure all production process run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manager daily manpower planning and deployment.
  • Compare daily plan vs actual achievement.
  • Keep track of daily process SMLD and take actions if needed.
  • Process Spoilage monitoring and take actions.
  • Do startup process verification and mid half verification.
  • Follow up and review the ISO & PQMR Audit documents.
  • Monitor and act on daily QCD issues.
  • Track and verify the market CAPA.
  • Verify LCM 5S and FA startup.
  • Do daily startup meeting and closing meeting with operators.
  • UPH/UPHH fulfill the plan and target.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience working in electrical production industry
  • Good English skills.
  • Have good manpower planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Have good cost management and UPH/UPHH improvement skills.
  • Have good proficiency in ERP system (SAP preferred)
