Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company with a core focus on housing construction. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of experience in managing housing construction projects to fill the job of Project Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly report to General Manager.
- Developing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and setting up quality targets.
- Monitoring project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverable.
- Coordinating with other related departments and being responsible as project leader.
- Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction.
- Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
Job Requirement:
- Having at least 10 years of experience in housing construction project management.
- Having a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architect from a reputable university.
- Mastering leadership and business management skills.
- Proficient in using computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
