Project Manager (Medical Devices)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Fast Moving Consumer Group Companies in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a professional. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budge
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience . Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus
  • At least 5 years experience in project management or other management role such as commercial , regulatory and/or operations in the in vitro diagnostics or medical device industry
  • Effective working experience with various government stakeholders such as Ministry of Health , Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Investment
  • Effective working knowledge on Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) and Bobot Manfaat Perusahaan (BMP) preferably in the in vitro diagnostics or medical device industry
  • Prior experience as a pioneer member in Indonesia for a rapidly growing organisation from the in vitro diagnostics or medical device industry
  • Familiar with regulatory and clinical research regulations and process, with good knowledge of IVD related quality systems such as ISO13485, GMP etc.
