Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Fast Moving Consumer Group Companies in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a professional. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budge
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience . Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus
- At least 5 years experience in project management or other management role such as commercial , regulatory and/or operations in the in vitro diagnostics or medical device industry
- Effective working experience with various government stakeholders such as Ministry of Health , Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Investment
- Effective working knowledge on Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) and Bobot Manfaat Perusahaan (BMP) preferably in the in vitro diagnostics or medical device industry
- Prior experience as a pioneer member in Indonesia for a rapidly growing organisation from the in vitro diagnostics or medical device industry
- Familiar with regulatory and clinical research regulations and process, with good knowledge of IVD related quality systems such as ISO13485, GMP etc.
