Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Global Captive Finance firm that specializes in the heavy equipment and industrial machinery sectors. Our respected client is seeking a Quality Assurance to oversee the integrity of credit operations, portfolio management, and service standards. This role is essential in ensuring operational excellence and risk mitigation across their expanding Indonesian operations. The job is based in Jakarta.

Job Description:

  • Supervise and evaluate the end-to-end customer-handling and operational workflows to ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of credit portfolios and Accounts Receivable (AR) data to detect potential risks and recommend process optimizations.
  • Perform regular on-site inspections, including branch audits and project site assessments, to verify operational reality against documented data.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive quality performance reports and executive summaries for senior management review.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Credit Analysis or AR Analysis, with a strong preference for candidates coming from the heavy equipment finance or multifinance industry.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Professional fluency in English (both spoken and written) for reporting and collaborative purposes within a multinational environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data modeling and PowerPoint for management presentations.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of financial statement analysis is highly advantageous.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various branches and project sites as required.
