Quality Assurance Assistant Manager
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a producer of quality baked products in the country. Our client is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains a consistent level of quality and food safety in its materials, products, and processes. This role involves working closely with the Quality Team, Manufacturing Team, and other relevant departments. The position is located in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Ensure the organization maintains consistent quality and food safety standards across materials, products, and processes.
* Collaborate closely with the Quality Team, Manufacturing Team, and other relevant departments to implement and uphold quality and food safety standards, processes, and procedures.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, including specifications, SOPs, and quality assurance records.
* Lead and train team members to enhance their understanding of quality and food safety protocols and procedures.
* Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
* Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality and food safety.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any field.
* Previous experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, particularly in handling cake products, is preferred.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality control and food safety management systems.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Proven leadership abilities and experience in leading and developing a team.
* Willingness to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan, and flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
