JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct laboratory trials to prepare prototype sample and determine process parameters.
- Prepares request for shelf life and sensory evaluation on developmental products and/or existing products for R&D Specialist - Shelf Life & Sensory Analysis
- Prepares and submits Trial Requisition Form and corresponding Trial Evaluation Form when conducting batch and line trials
- Coordinates and receives Product Development Request Form from Marketing Brand Manager and follows timelines in coordination and conformance with R&D and Marketing team
- Prepares documents before product launching including FG Specification Sheet, Recipe, Mixing Guide, Nutrition Facts & Ingredients List and submits to R&D Lead Document Controller for filing and dissemination
- Shortlist raw materials and flavors required for product and process development and improvement
- Performs other duties that may arise at the direction of R&D Supervisor/Manager/Technical Director that are consistent with the level of competencies of the position and in-line with the principle of multi-skilling and multi-tasking
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of B.S. Food Technology, B.S. Chemistry, B.S. Chemical Engineering or any related science courses.
- With 1 to 2 years minimum experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance or product development
