Our client is looking for a professional and experienced person for Regional Project Lead position. The role will work at office in HCM city, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading the CRM implementation in a way that considers the company's overall business strategies and IT strategy.
- Provide strategic CRM development advice to the firm.
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of a replacement CRM system.
- Create project plans based on business requirements using standard methodologies.
- Coordinate with internal and external developers to optimize users' CRM experience.
- Proactively develop proposals for continuous optimization of development processes in accordance with Lean Six Sigma.
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders as an interface between business and IT.
- Analyze and fix bugs where applicable.
- Preparation and implementation of rollouts in all business units.
- Ensuring the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the CRM data.
- Assist on CRM related ad hoc tasks or projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM Implementation. Exp with Dynamics 365 CRM and Salesforce is highly preferrable.
- Solid Project Management exp. Having PM certificate is big plus.
- Regional/Global implementation experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
