Regional Sales & Service Manager (Oil & Gas)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Oil & Gas Component Manufacturer Company for the role of Regional Sales & Service Manager. The job description will be as follow :

Company & Job Description :

  • Prepare market analysis about opportunities in SEA region
  • Define business model and commercial approach for each identified opportunities, working closely with the Sales Manager in charge of this specific customer
  • Support, train the commercial team to ensure sales target are achieved
  • Support Product Management Services in the region
  • Build financial dashboard and follow-up the activity
  • Establishes sales plans to achieve forecasts and annual sales target in its sales area, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Build commercial offer to customer's tenders, or request for quotations for its area while following the internal procedures and coordinate response from different stake holders (Inside sales / technical sales / Controlling, KAM, etc)
  • Gathers client's new product and services requirements with Technical Sales department, evaluates their potential and supports during their development
  • Built and drive the promotion plan (webinar; sales calls; etc) of Company capabilities and products in its sales area, and lobby towards end users and stakeholders.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales
  • Experience in sales, technical sales, negotiations and customer service.
  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas market
  • 3 to 5 years' experience
