Award-winning executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading medical device company, for the position of Retails Marketing Specialist.

This role will support the Retail Brand Manager ASEAN who is based in Malaysia. The main responsibility is to manage the daily marketing activities and drive the consumer demand through the development of marketing plans that align with company objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Brand Manager in implementing brand execution, activations, advertising, promotion for the deployment of the brand marketing plan.
  • Create and develop partnerships with distributors, trade marketing, key customers, opinion leaders and to drive achieve the business outcome in modern trade
  • Drive consumer demand for the brand through the deployment of different marketing mix in both online and offline store
  • Provide brand leadership and direction to sales teams
  • Lead in-store brand activities, promotion deployment, POSM development, marketing collaterals, brand events and related operational activities
  • Drive consumer brand equity and demand by using digital marketing activations
  • Manage brand budget. Monitor and control A&P expenditure within budget allocations
  • Drive cross-collaboration with required functional teams
  • Monitor business performance to ensure commercial alignment and maximum impact
  • Marketing communication in Thai and English to ensure impactful messaging online and offline.
  • Performs any other duties assigned by Retail Brand Manager
  • Provide timely updated analysis, and reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Extensive experience in Brand/ Product Management.
  • Experience in the Consumer Healthcare Segment or Consumer Packaged Goods Segment will be preferred
  • Deep understanding of the Thailand market needs, and business key performance indicators
  • Experience in Thailand social media, e-commerce, and analytics is required
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Thai language.
  • Result-oriented and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
