Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a technology company who offers a full spectrum of global technology and supply chain services to businesses around the world. Our respected client is seeking Information Technology (IT) Professional for the job of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development Supervisor. The job is located in Taguig City, Philippines but currently offers a WFH arrangement until further notice.

Job Summary:

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development Supervisor is responsible for providing technical application strategy and leadership in one or more areas and for ensuring the Development and Deployment of RPA tools and products.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Manages day to day activities and maintain relationship with global, and local teams.
  • Collaborates with the Project Managers and Application Analysts & Maintenance teams to drive strategies in supporting implemented projects e.g. process automations (RPA), web applications and global projects.
  • Ensures key SLAs in the Application Development Operations are optimized and duly reported to all stakeholders of tools and products.
  • Develops methods and strategies for Software Delivery Life Cycle.
  • Involves in improvement of business strategies, operational innovation and technological solutions with the goal of improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience and service delivery.
  • Ensures to focus on the quality production, development & deployment service deliver and meet the objective of the department.
  • Works closely with the company to ensure technology stabilization and resource alignment.


Key job requirements include:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • With at least 10 years of overall experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Technical Experience in Software Development specific for Robotic Process Automation
  • At least 3 years of experience as a People Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of RPA tools (at least one) UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, Newgen, Pega/OpenSpan etc.W
  • With IT strategy and transformation engagement exposure
  • Background in Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services) and Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc.)
