Sales Account Manager

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf a leading multinational manufacturer and provider of tires. Our client is seeking for a proactive and independent Sales Account Manager with at least 5 years' experience selling Automobile Industry in the Central of Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage distribution approach strategy and partnering programs
  • Negotiate to reach the sales target set for dealers
  • Increase technical knowledge about the product and sales ability to dealer
  • Visit end users to follow up the product's performance and analyze the market
  • Follow up on key accounts activities including providing quotations, ordering, and resolving issues
  • Discuss contracts with key accounts and meet established deadlines to accomplish each client's long-term goals
  • Build close relationship of the company's brand with dealers and end users.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-year experience in selling technical products, especially in automobile and lubricant industry
  • Passionate and strong in new business development, 'can-do' and agile attitude
  • Effective communication skill, good at how to establish and maintain customer relationship
  • Initiatives and proactive in developing and deploying new plans
  • Good English communication skill
