A leading multinational company in home appliances sector is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to drive the end-to-end development and execution of marketing strategies. The successful candidate will spearhead the marketing efforts, strategize, and execute campaigns across traditional and modern trade channels. This role requires a strong leadership candidate with experience in implementing marketing strategies along with basic technical product knowledge. The position offers the opportunity to work with a global leader and collaborate with regional and global teams in a fast-growing and competitive market.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, messaging, and branding.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities and adjust marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, market acquisition and marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Create and manage the company's brand identity, including visual design, messaging, across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

  • Develop and execute thought leadership and content marketing strategies that position the company.

  • Collaborate with the product development, sales, and management to develop and deliver effective messaging and positioning for our products.

  • Plan and execute events, such as trade shows, and conferences, that increase brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, lead conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust marketing strategies and tactics as needed.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising, to generate leads and drive growth

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in home appliances industry.

  • Strong understanding of both traditional and modern trade channels.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Basic technical product knowledge with the ability to translate technical features into compelling consumer benefits.

  • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
