A leading multinational company in home appliances sector is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to drive the end-to-end development and execution of marketing strategies. The successful candidate will spearhead the marketing efforts, strategize, and execute campaigns across traditional and modern trade channels. This role requires a strong leadership candidate with experience in implementing marketing strategies along with basic technical product knowledge. Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, messaging, and branding.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities and adjust marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, market acquisition and marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.
Create and manage the company's brand identity, including visual design, messaging, across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Develop and execute thought leadership and content marketing strategies that position the company.
Collaborate with the product development, sales, and management to develop and deliver effective messaging and positioning for our products.
Plan and execute events, such as trade shows, and conferences, that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, lead conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust marketing strategies and tactics as needed.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising, to generate leads and drive growth
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in home appliances industry.
Strong understanding of both traditional and modern trade channels.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Basic technical product knowledge with the ability to translate technical features into compelling consumer benefits.
