Sales Administrator (Medical Devices)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is looking for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a Multinational Medical Device client in Indonesia. This job is based in Jakarta.

Job responsibilities:

  • Utilize e-katalog expertise to manage and update product listings, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is available for potential clients.
  • Efficiently process sales orders, including verification, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive client relationship.
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate activities, provide necessary administrative support, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and relevant information in the database.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, contracts, and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, preferably in the Multinational Medical Device Companies.
  • Proficiency in using e-katalog systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Familiarity with medical device products and terminology is a plus.
