Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Local Property Developer Company for the role of Sales & Marketing Director. The job description will be as follow :
- Analyze and develop marketing strategies to increase the number of customers and areas according to the specified targets.
- Develop, organize, analyze, implement and evaluate marketing, sales and promotion management for the development and progress of the Company
- Carry out direct supervision and control over all marketing, sales and promotion management performance.
- Realize and implement plans and procedures implemented through delegation of authority to the marketing, sales and promotion departments, which are under their responsibility
- Supervise all performance of the marketing, sales and promotion departments
- Create basic concepts, frameworks and department procedures based on the needs of the marketing, sales and promotion departments
- Accustomed to leading a team of at least 100 sales executives
- Accustomed to establishing relationships with agents, both individual agents and principals.
Job Requirements :
- Maximum 45 years
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, marketing or equivalent (Master's degree in management
- marketing is preferred)
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the same position
- Experience preferred from the Property Industry
- Familiar with project management
