Sales and Marketing Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an offshoring company in the Philippines dedicated to supporting accounting & bookkeep firms mainly in the UK and Canada. Our esteemed client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales growth and expanding our market presence specifically with clients based in the UK. This position is based in Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, and currently operates on an onsite arrangement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to the UK market segment
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Manage the entire sales and marketing lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and human resources, to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to recommend strategies to maintain and enhance our competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and foster relationships.

Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales and marketing management, preferably within the BPO sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
