Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the leading multinational medical device company. Our client is actively seeking Sales Executive who will promote, sell, and educate key accounts about the company's products. S/he will focus on increasing product awareness, driving sales, and building strong relationships with existing and new accounts. The role will report to Regional Manager based in South Korea; work arrangement is field work from Mondays - Fridays.


  • Responsible for acquiring new accounts and business development.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for key accounts to showcase the features and benefits of the product.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with accounts and distributors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the LuzViMin.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the headquarters.
  • Submit timely reports and information as required.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales and account management experience in Medical Device & Equipment (Ultrasound, X-Ray, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
  • Able to work onsite and in the field.
  • Accessible to work and manage the LuzViMin area.
