Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational FMCG company. Our respected client is seeking a Sales Information Manager responsible for sales planning, creating reports and databases, and managing salesforce automation. The position reports to the National Sales Operations and Planning Manager. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines with current work from home setup.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead annual and long-range planning activities and shares analysis to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Own the quantitative analysis of the performance of the Commercial team and generate insights that provide recommendations to steer the business.
  • In-charge of creating reports and databases
  • Expert in key sales support activities, including sales forecasting, revenue routing, territory design, quota setting, opportunity pipeline management, annual territory planning, goals setting and organizational planning.
  • Leads the delivery usage of Sales Force Automation and liaises with SFA vendor
  • Closely coordinates with Supply Chain, Marketing and Trade Marketing on Sales requirements in terms of stock availability, program execution and other projects

Job qualifications:

  • College/University graduate Major in Business, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering or any related course
  • At least 5 years' experience in Sales FMCG Modern Trade, General Trade, Trade Marketing and Sales Information
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to enable cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent analytical abilities, and strong business acumen.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • MS Office, P&L Management, Financial Management is a plus
  • Good presentation, influencing and communication skills
  • Adept in MS Office
  • Currently work from home setup, willing to work onsite as needed
