Our respected client is seeking a Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of sales of the scientific business as well as strong leadership management. The job is based in Pasay City, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy to achieved goals in specific market
- Leading & managing different channels of sales which includes direct sales
- Understanding customer's requirements & ensuring their needs are met
- Acquiring new customers and managing key customers relationship
- Building & maintaining relationships with key partners
- Collaborating & coordinating with other divisions to meet common goals
- Setting financial targets, budget development & monitoring
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree graduate of any medical or science-related course
- Proven sales experience of 3 years in Life Science/Analytical industry/Scientific business, with distributor (profile) laboratory instrumentation/equipment, life sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in handling a sales team
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in sales of fast-moving laboratory consumables is highly preferred
- Experience in sales related to capital instruments and/or laboratory furniture installations is preferred
- Willing to travel extensively within the Philippines
- Independent and self-motivated to achieve individual and company goals
