Sales Manager Diagnostic (Medical Devices)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Medical Device Principle Company. Our client is seeking for Sales Manager Diagnostic position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for diagnostic products.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with senior management.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare providers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their diagnostic requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new diagnostic products and initiatives.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's diagnostic products.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to align sales strategies and share best practices.


  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the medical device or diagnostics industry.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
