Sales Manager - Emergency Fire Service (Safety Device)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Safety Device company. Our respected client is seeking a professional with suitable qualifications. The job is based in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Funnel Management ( maintaning monthly - yearly funnel target ) through direct activity and appointed distributor and resellers.
  • Creating Sales Plan Bi-weekly ( sales visit ,funnel follow-up , Out standing AR)
  • Achieve Monthly Order Entry target and convert order entry into sales
  • Understand the entire value chain of the segment and the Market Size primarily related to Emergency and Fire Services and/or government related entities
  • Identify distributors and/or channels that are active and beneficial in supporting and/or essential to drive the segment business
  • Understand competition activities and/or Market share and relevant business volume.
  • Good understanding of full suite of safety solution appropriate for the intended industry
  • Good understanding of the evolution of the segment and industry in the near future and its current and/or immediate needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree with technical background or Graduated Petroleum Engineer from reputable University.
  • 5 years working experience in sales B2B Industry
  • Has knowledge in SCBA, MGM and APR
  • Has knowledge of SCP Management
  • Sales Driven and highly motivated
