Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a global IT Security Company for the role of Sales Manager with at least 5-8 years experience in the field. This role is remote and candidate located in Jakarta is prioritized.
Responsibilities:
- Find and develop new sales opportunities for IAM solutions, including 2FA, Single Sign-On, and Mobile Application Shielding.
- Focus on growing the business in Indonesia, especially in the finance sector, then expand to government and large companies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and grow market presence.
- Work with channel partners and system integrators to meet with clients, present solutions, and manage the full sales process until the deal is closed.
- Lead and support sales lead generation activities to maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT software or service sales, ideally with enterprise security solutions.
- Strong background in selling IAM, 2FA, SSO, and mobile security solutions. Experience with cryptographic solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and work closely with clients and channel partners.
- Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
- Experience in regional sales and familiarity with similar vendors is a bonus.
