Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Manufacturing Products Company for the role of Sales Manager - Process Equipment . The job description will be as follow :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and complex clients
- Focus on existing accounts to optimize revenue
- Keep up-to-date with advanced technical knowledge of products and their uses.
- Participate in ongoing industry training and provide mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Secure client approval for product changes or customizations.
- Support the team for detailed technical specifications.
- Keep an eye on competitors and market shifts, sharing regular updates.
- Provide product education and training to distributors and clients.
- Assist HR with hiring and onboarding new sales personnel.
- Manage territory assignments and oversee sales coverage.
- Monitor team performance
- Evaluate sales trends to uncover potential growth areas.
- Gather insights from customers and stay informed on market developments.
Job Requirements :
- 10 years of industry experience, including over 5 years in a leadership position.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution
- Has design of large-scale projects. Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering initiatives in remote locations.
- Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and interpersonal formats.
- Experienced in handling commercial negotiations and client contracts.
- Proven track record in coaching and growing sales teams. Conducts thorough project assessments to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
