As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years strong experiences in sales and marketing in property industry. This position will be based in Palembang.
Job Description:
- Lead the sales team consist of 3-5 sales team members to meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements & preparing an annual budget
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans
- Provide knowledge for customer related to products, availability, and process buying.
- Resolve customer complaint regarding service and process buying.
- Maintain good relationship with customer
Requirement:
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialised in Sales - Corporate in Property Developer Company or equivalent.
- Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra
