Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prominent and established industrial company in the Philippines. Our respected client is looking for a Sales Manager that is responsible for developing project sales in the Philippines, managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams, conducting training, and ensuring market competitiveness to support business growth. This position will report in Pasig City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project sales opportunities from global customers and driving industry-specific sales and marketing efforts. Also ensures effective strategy execution, and maintains strong engagement with end-users and EPC contractors to enhance pricing and delivery competitiveness.

Main responsibilities:

  • To identify and explore potential business within Philippines from customers in the WWW related to project sales and achieve set target by the company
  • To handle key account customers and strengthen the business relationships.
  • Business strategy to be monitored every month with clear measure and action plan for projects follow-up action.
  • Conduct product presentation / training to clients as and when require.
  • Responsible for internal staff training on product knowledge / application for pumps as and when necessary.
  • To liaise with P & A and manufacturing units within the group to improve communication and obtain full support in working out offers/ quotations with the best possible dates for all project tenders.
  • To provide updated project forecast lists during the management meeting or as and when require.
  • Also responsible for sales marketing for industries under his care.
  • To be in the market and that's nearer to the end-users or EPC contractors to understand our pricing and delivery competitiveness so that the company can be successful in all projects' participation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 8+ years of sales/business development experience in pumps, valves, or related industrial equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, control valves, isolation valves, actuators, seals, and associated systems.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in industrial or engineered product environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Willingness to travel regionally or globally as required.
