Sales Operations Excellence (Retail)


Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant firm, is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing lifestyle and wellness retail chain in Indonesia. As part of its continued business expansion, our client is seeking a Sales Operational Excellence Manager to drive operational improvements, optimize sales performance frameworks, and enhance business processes across multiple clubs nationwide. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives to improve sales performance, member retention, and renewal rates across multiple clubs nationwide.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Analyze sales performance data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Design and implement sales performance frameworks, processes, and tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness of the sales teams.
  • Work closely with club management, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key operational and sales KPIs, providing regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer journey, member experience, and operational workflows.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and operational standards across the organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, operational excellence, or performance management roles.
  • Experience in multi-site retail, lifestyle, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs, operational frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
