Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading player in the chemical distribution industry. Our client is seeking a Chemical Sales Executive who will be responsible for expanding business within the Coatings and Inks market segment across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales shares and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the Coatings and Inks segment.
- Develop and introduce new products to existing and new accounts.
- Proactively identify and create new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and strive to exceed annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling chemicals (resins, additives, pigments, etc.) to Coatings and Inks manufacturers in Indonesia.
- Strong network and proven sales success in Jabodetabek and Greater Surabaya regions.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and successfully launching new products/customers.
- A confident, self-driven, and communicative professional who thrives both independently and in a team.
