Sales Specialist Vascular Access & Anesthesia (Medical Device)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Medical Device Company. Our client is seeking for Sales Specialist (Vascular Access & Anasthesia). This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive profiles for each account, encompassing customer preferences, competitor products, field intelligence, market trends, key contacts, customer feedback, and participation in in-services. Efficiently plan activities to optimize field time.
  • Utilize existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones to expand opportunities. Develop sales strategies tailored to the characteristics of the territory or segment to drive sales.
  • Guide the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to needs assessment, proposal submission, closing the sale, and providing post-sales support.
  • Professionally communicate with customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, order status updates, tracking information, and necessary order-related documents.
  • Educate customers on products, procedures, and industry trends through our clinical education program. Utilize business analytics tools and territory knowledge for strategic territory management plans.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the TFX continuous education program through competency assessments and understanding competitive offerings using available technology tools.
  • Manage purchase order processing, including identifying customer accounts, verifying credit status, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
  • Address technical and business objections from potential customers effectively.


  • Has 3 years of experience sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Preferred experience in utilizing value selling or target account selling methodology.
