We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager responsible for driving profitable growth in the SME segment across Thailand by leading the Field Sales team, expanding product solution sales, and executing strategic initiatives in freight forwarding and logistics. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and proven success in business development across air, sea, and land transportation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop account strategies to meet revenue and service goals.
  • Lead the Field Sales team to win new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Manage key customer relationships and coordinate with global sales teams.
  • Drive SME growth in Thailand across ocean, air, cross-border, and value-added services.
  • Expand specialized product sales (Reefer, DG, Thermonet, Bulk).
  • Build strategic tradelanes and grow both local and global trade volumes.
  • Provide market and competitor insights to guide business decisions.
  • Track and report sales activities accurately using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Thai nationality.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing within freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, business development, and profitable growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, including air, sea, and land transportation.
  • Familiarity with Thailand's industrial zones, Eastern Economic Corridor, and Freezone markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related software
