Our respected client is seeking an Information Technology (IT) professional for the job of Senior Frontend Developer. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, but currently offers wfh set-up until further notice.
Job Summary
As a Senior Frontend Developer you will work with highly passionate, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland. You will be exposed to the latest trends and technologies used in banking and finance, including micro-services, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Developing top-quality web applications
- Collaborating in code review process
- Working closely with UI/UX designers & backend engineers
- Assisting clients in making good decisions and choosing best solutions
- Mentoring less experienced developers
Key Job Requirements include:
- 3+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript development experience
- Very good knowledge of React
- At least 3 years of HTML and CSS (SASS) experience
- Familiarity with client/server applications (REST API, JSON)
- Knowledge of HTTP libraries and other libraries common in JS development
- Knowledge of typical JS development environment (npm, git, webpack)
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Nice to have skills and competencies:
- Experience in Angular
- Knowledge of unit/integration testing concept and libraries
- Familiarity with best practices in app security
