Senior ICT Systems Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced technical expertise in Microsoft M365, Azure, and on-premises platforms within a professional services setting. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, support disaster recovery planning, and contribute to strategic initiatives driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical leadership of company's core M365 infrastructure
  • Microsoft Teams - governance, policies, and integration
  • SharePoint Online - lifecycle management
  • Power Automate - support for workflow environments and troubleshooting
  • Dataverse - environment setup, data integrity, and platform support
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues; ensure high levels of system performance and security.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Asia-Pacific to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, drive improvements in infrastructure performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders; manage client expectations.
  • Uphold company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and health & safety practices. Preferred

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification or industry certifications in IT/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
  • Advanced experience in professional services or consulting environments.
  • Proven expertise across Microsoft platform components (M365 setup & management).
  • Strong background in managing on-premises systems: Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Effective communication skills-written & spoken English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
