This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced technical expertise in Microsoft M365, Azure, and on-premises platforms within a professional services setting. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, support disaster recovery planning, and contribute to strategic initiatives driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of company's core M365 infrastructure
- Microsoft Teams - governance, policies, and integration
- SharePoint Online - lifecycle management
- Power Automate - support for workflow environments and troubleshooting
- Dataverse - environment setup, data integrity, and platform support
- Troubleshoot complex system issues; ensure high levels of system performance and security.
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Asia-Pacific to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, drive improvements in infrastructure performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders; manage client expectations.
- Uphold company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and health & safety practices. Preferred
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification or industry certifications in IT/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
- Advanced experience in professional services or consulting environments.
- Proven expertise across Microsoft platform components (M365 setup & management).
- Strong background in managing on-premises systems: Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills-written & spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
