Job Responsibilities:
As the Senior Financial Controller Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial control functions for our operations in Indonesia. Your primary responsibilities include:
Financial Control and Reporting:
- Lead the financial control team in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with various business units to develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Provide insights and analysis for forecasting, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Management Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive management reports, offering key financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with senior management to provide financial recommendations and drive financial performance improvements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and international financial standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive risk management strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing financial control team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience, with a significant portion of that experience within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in managing compliance and mitigating financial risks.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
