Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing industrial pumps. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least twenty years' experience in manufacturing in a multinational company for the job of Senior Manager Project Management. The job is based in Cibitung, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Direct reporting to the GM SCM
- Develop and implement import/export & logistics strategies aligned with business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with customs, trade regulations, Incoterms, and company policy.
- Establish trade risk management framework.
- Manage end-to-end operations: customs clearance, freight forwarding, inland shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
- Lead vendor selection & negotiation to secure best service level and cost.
- Implement continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) for cost and lead time reduction.
- Optimize working capital by reducing inventory days and in-transit stock.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/International Trade (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 20 years in logistics, import/export management, including 5+ years in leadership role
- Global trade compliance, Incoterms, freight cost modelling, vendor negotiation, ERP (SAP/Oracle)
- Strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, decision-making under pressure, problem-solving
- APICS CSCP, FIATA Diploma, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Willing to work in Cibitung, Indonesia
