Job Summary:
Our reputable client is looking for Oracle ERP experts who will provide expert guidance to our clients and internal teams on leveraging Oracle EPM capabilities to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives for the job of [Senior Manager] Oracle EPM Expert.
As the [Senior Manager] Oracle EPM Expert, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our Oracle EPM implementation projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, design, and execution of Oracle EPM solutions, including Financial Close, Budgeting and Planning, and Profitability and Cost Management. The job is based in Makati City and offering a Hybrid Work Arrangement (up to 2x a week onsite).
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage Oracle EPM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, project timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to define business requirements and design Oracle EPM solutions tailored to meet specific needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle EPM modules, including Financial Close, Budgeting and Planning, and Profitability and Cost Management.
- Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to address complex business processes and reporting requirements, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and implement robust data integration strategies to facilitate seamless data flow between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems.
- Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support activities to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of Oracle EPM solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders to enhance their understanding and utilization of Oracle EPM functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle EPM releases, enhancements, and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on existing implementations and future projects.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, offering insights and recommendations for leveraging Oracle EPM solutions to drive business transformation and performance improvement.
Job Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle EPM certifications) preferred.
- Proven experience as a senior manager or lead consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle EPM solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM modules, including Financial Close, Budgeting and Planning, and Profitability and Cost Management.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and performance management concepts.
- Experience with Oracle EPM implementation methodologies, tools, and technologies, including Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Essbase, and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed for project engagements.
