Our reputable client is looking for Oracle ERP experts who will provide strategic guidance to our clients and internal teams on leveraging Oracle ERP Technical capabilities to optimize business processes and drive innovation for the job of [Senior Manager] Oracle ERP Technical Expert.
As the [Senior Manager] Oracle ERP Technical Expert, you will play a key role in leading and managing our Oracle ERP technical implementation projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, including system architecture, configuration, customization, integration, and data migration. The job is based in Makati City and offering a Hybrid Work Arrangement (up to 2x a week onsite).
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage Oracle ERP technical implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to gather technical requirements and design Oracle ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise on Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, configuration, and customization options to meet client needs.
- Develop and implement robust data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise systems, utilizing middleware platforms and APIs.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
- Lead system testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues during all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for IT staff and end-users to maximize utilization and adoption of Oracle ERP Technical functionalities.
- Stay abreast of the latest Oracle ERP Cloud releases, patches, and updates, and evaluate their impact on existing implementations and future projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical insights and recommendations for leveraging Oracle ERP Technical solutions to achieve business objectives and drive digital transformation.
Job Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications) preferred.
- Proven experience as a senior manager or lead consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle ERP Technical solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, technical components, and development tools, including Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL, PL/SQL, and data modelling principles.
- Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed for project engagements.
