Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Malaysia's Consumer Goods Division is partnering with a leading apparel sourcing company expanding its footprint into the Malaysian market. The role will focus on leading B2B marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting sales by engaging with fashion retailers and sourcing partners.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, both online and offline.
- Oversee brand positioning, trade marketing, and digital presence.
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing teams to support business growth.
- Lead marketing campaigns targeting retail brands locally and internationally.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and creative direction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and brand activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in apparel, textiles, or FMCG.
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and brand development.
- Exposure to international sourcing, fashion supply chain, or brand engagement is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
