As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in automotive for the job of Senior Sales Manager - Automotive. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Sales Director
- Planning and control of sales departments to ensure the target is achieved
- Monitor and take action on sales efficiency and effectiveness while attaining exponential /fast growing sales result
- Provide sales planning and status report (orally and written)
- Prepare the groundwork/ start-up preparation, including market survey (such as listing down potential clients), involved in the product development, building up the organization, and getting details ready for initial sales activities
- Handle operational activities including to cover another sector of customer services (installation, design consultation and so on) as part of extended consumer services (serving the targeted market
- To establish deep-dive analysis and business case building to cater for company extensive growth plan from both (i) capturing on Market Demand (ii) producing for Local Supply
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent working experience
- Practical business development experience within the automotive over a minimum period of 10 years
- Strong in sales and networking in the automotive market
- Loyal, trustworthy and having the profound capability of dealing with confidential information and data
- Able to travel across borders and working under pressure
- Financial and valuation knowhow
- Strategic thinker and trend observer
- Knowledgeable about system theory
- Creative, innovative, and problem solver
- Fluent in English
