Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Healthcare Division is partnering with a leading MNC Medical Device company in hiring for a Senior SAP Systems Analyst. The Senior SAP Systems Analyst is a subject matter expert in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay business processes. This role leads the technical design, development, and support of enterprise-scale SAP applications. The successful candidate will drive Projects, provide support , manage complex 3PL/4PL integrations, and bridge the gap between business requirements and scalable technical solutions. This position requires a blend of hands-on technical configuration, cross-functional leadership, and strategic project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Process Leadership & Solution Design
- End-to-End Implementation: Drive the full lifecycle implementation and support of SAP OTC and P2P processes, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate operational goals.
- Requirements Engineering: Translate complex business needs into robust functional specifications and scalable system designs.
- Business Transformation: Act as a catalyst for process improvement, challenging the status quo to drive efficiency and organizational excellence.
Integration & Supply Chain Optimization
- Logistics Integration: Manage and optimize 3PL and 4PL logistics integrations to streamline third-party operations and supply chain execution.
- Integration : Synchronize data flows between SAP ERP and SAP IBP to ensure precision in demand and supply planning.
- RICEFW Governance: Lead the development of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW), overseeing everything from technical design to final deployment.
Operations & Project Management
- Application Lifecycle Management: Manage multiple high-priority SAP projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery within a matrixed global environment.
- Quality Assurance: Lead comprehensive testing cycles, including Unit, Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- ITIL Governance: Apply ITIL best practices for incident and change management to maintain system stability and continuous service improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and present technical roadmaps.
Job Requirement:
Education & Experience
- Formal Education: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or 7+ years of equivalent professional experience).
- SAP Expertise: Minimum of 7 years in SAP support and development, with expert-level knowledge of OTC and RTC design/configuration.
- Industry Background: Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Technical Depth: At least 5 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, and documentation.
Skills & Competencies
- Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile and ITIL frameworks; Project Management experience is essential.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse, remote teams within a matrix organizational structure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours across global time zones and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
