Job Summary
Our respected client is seeking for a Senior Software Engineer - Data Hub and you will be part of a multi-national agile team working to build out a distributed service-based architecture crucial to the successful transformation of Content's data distribution strategy. The job is in BCG, Taguig City, Philippines but can offer Hybrid Work set-up.
Key job responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, development, and launch of highly available, low latency, flexible and scalable services.
Have a significant influence on our overall strategy by defining features, driving the system architecture, and spearheading the best practices that enable a quality product.
Design and implement highly scalable components to improve the client experience.
Create infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code (e.g. terraform).
Contribute to Open Source projects that are driving the latest service architectures.
Key job requirements:
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Experience programming in multiple languages ( Python, Go preferred).
Strong experience in architecting and building multi-threaded, distributed systems.
Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
Experience working with AWS main services (e.g. EC2, ECS, S3, Glue).
Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.
