The Solution Architect will be responsible for the Design and Architect end to end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being proposed and how these services will be delivered. This role will be directly reporting to the President.
Job description:
- Design and Architect end to end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being proposed and how these services will be delivered
- Estimate for Project or Program Management and or technical effort to drive scope and produce deliverables
- Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
- Write and provide content for bids and proposals
- Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
- Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology. Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant IT or Operations experience on the following areas, including 2 years of Project or Program Management experience (Software Development, Application Support, Infrastructure Support)
- Project management and leadership skills are essential
- PMP or ITIL is a plus
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
- Experience in software engineering and design architecture
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating system
