Our respected client is seeking for a Sr. Brand Manager with * Strong understanding or marketing concepts and market segments, and has significant work experience in identifying marketing opportunities and positioning strategies. The job is based in Quezon City, Philippines. Job responsibilities:- FMCG or pharmaceutical OTC industries
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of consumer and market trends, brand management, marketing management and marketing communications principles
- Relevant work exposure in various marketing fields specifically on Brand Building and Promotions, P&L analysis, forecasts and insights
- Strong understanding or marketing concepts and market segments, and has significant work experience in identifying marketing opportunities and positioning strategies
- Well versed in developing and executing brand plans, delivery of marketing KPIs per brand, with the objective of driving significant brand profitability and growth
- Highly innovative and creative (can think and effectively execute out-of-the-box brand strategies)
- Good organizational and Time Management skills; Ability to multi-task and work independently in a highly stressful working environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to details; Highly flexible and can easily adapt and transition to constant changes
- Above average verbal and communication skills; Excellent Presentation skills
- Well-versed in business operations and in-depth understanding of research principles and that of the consumer market
- Proficient in MS Office; with an above average proficiency level in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
- Experience in project management and in leading cross-functional teams a plus
- Above-average interpersonal skills and with relevant experience in collaborative initiatives, both internally and externally
- Passionate to grow as marketing professional in the consumer healthcare landscape, with innate interest in health and wellness.

Job Requirements |
- Bachelor's degree, preferably a graduate of Business Management, Marketing or any related course
- At least 7-10 years brand exclusive/combined brand and advertising experience from FMCG or pharmaceutical OTC industries
- More than 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Must have good communication skills
- Excellent data analysis/reporting and data management, planning and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen and industry knowledge (GMP, FDA, ISO, and other certifications and industry regulations)
