Job Function:
- Develop partnership ecosystem to complement business products/offerings and better address needs of customers; Grow B2B sales and support development of corporate product offerings
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate customers and partners
- Negotiate agreeable partnership/sales terms with corporates
- Develop an effective understanding of corporate customer needs, and how we may better support them
- Instill operational processes within corporate partners to expand value prop. to customers
- Manage and grow B2B sales to increase revenue and profitability
- Work with Product and Tech teams to ensure corporate products/services are aligned with needs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant fields
- 5+ years' experience managing sales, operations, and/or development of corporate partnerships
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with partner counterparts
- Experience developing and implementing efficient operational processes (ideally in a healthcare setting)
- Led sales teams to grow B2B revenue streams and corporate client portfolio
- Effective communicator, empathizer, and strong interpersonal skills (e.g., pitching, negotiating, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written)
