Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company that retails luxury goods and jewelry. Our respected client is looking for a Store Manager to face of the store, ensure the store's sales, build strong client relationship and manage the team. The work setup is onsite. Branch is in Solaire, Parañaque City, with shifting schedule and 6 days work week schedule.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Drive store performance through KPI management and achieving sales targets.
  • Plan and execute in-store activities and store events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening relationships with VIP clients and attracting new customers.
  • Proactively build and grow the VIP client base.
  • Be the face of the store, embodying the brand identity.
  • Demonstrate expertise in strategy, sales, and KPIs.
  • Manage staff effectively for a positive work environment and goal alignment.


Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • With previous related experience in retail/luxury industry.
  • Proven high-target sales success in luxury retail.
  • Innovative VIP client acquisition and development.
  • Dynamic personality with a strong sales background.
  • Track record of exceeding KPIs and driving sales.
  • Proficient in VIP and stakeholder management.
