Job Summary
- As the Strategy Lead, you will lead sales and client engagement on each projects as well as crafting a subtle, substantial, and persuasive story for the readers.
The responsibilities include:
- Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities
- Take lead on projects
- Contribute to client retention and business development strategy
- Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills
- Support team engagement and well-being, build a high performing team
- Major contribution to the analysis
Job Requirements:
- 5-8 years' experience in market research or strategical role
- Able to craft a subtle and persuasive story for a debrief or charts
- Able to simplify the findings to share the presentation with all respective stakeholders
- Solid experience in copywriting
- Familiar with research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
- Strong in logical and strategical thinking
- Strong interest in people and culture
