The specialist will ensure that the company produces right amount of products by optimizing inventory and resources using the right cost. Ideal candidate will work closely with key business partners both internal and external on managing demand and supply. The candidate will be part of a SEA team. This is a key specialist position to support manufacturing fields with standard working procedures and practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set-up supply chain processes for new products to be manufactured in Thailand
  • Coordinate with internal manufacutring facilities and OEM suppliers around the world to manage smooth movements of parts and goods.
  • Be in charge for continuous flow and sufficient stock of raw materials & finished goods
  • Responsible for Vendor managed inventory (VMI) in Thailand and prepare logistics demand and Supply forecast plan to meet customers and business needs.
  • Combine statistical forecast with commercial marketing intelligence to provide future planning demand for the short and long term.
  • Provide the proper product mix (SKU level forecast), to have the right volume in the right time, to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Provide a weekly, monthly, and yearly report tracking the performance of supply planning and analyzing data to meet business strategies including the forecasting process for financial objectives.
  • Initiate work Improvement to create competitiveness, optimization, and effectiveness for the company.
  • Ensure daily domestic transportation schedule and weekly import and export operation.

Job Requirements

  • At least bachelor'sdegree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or business-related field.
  • Hands-on experience developing and improving the supply chain management process.
  • Experience in operational supply chain & logistics within a free trade zone will be an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable of import and export procedures.
  • Professional experience in a multi-national manufacturing organization.
  • ERP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint reporting (or similar systems) experience.
  • The ability to build teams and communicate effectively.
  • Proven ability to communicate in written and spoken English, influence without authority, and establish effective networks across diverse teams.
