Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of international banking company in Thailand. The company provides consumer banking, commercial banking, investment banking, and asset management products and services.
This Team Lead position, based in Bangkok will be responsible for recruiting team members of freelance sales and supervising the team to achieve the sale target as well as maintaining good relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities
- To supervise a team of freelance sales representatives or consultants
- Setting up the team from scratch (recruiting team members)
- To develop sales strategies and drive a sales team to achieve targets
- To develop training programs for the sales team
- To build a good relationship with clients and develop new business opportunities
- Identify sales data, trends, and opportunities to improve and collaborate with other departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Administrative, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Experience of leading commission based sales
- Good command of English
