The Technical Account Manager will oversee the deployment and adoption of the company's logistics solutions for a key retail client in Thailand. This role bridges technical delivery and client engagement, managing implementation, training, and ongoing support. Candidates should have experience in software deployment (retail or supply chain preferred) and be confident working with both technical and business stakeholders in Thai and English.
Job Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Implementation: Lead end-to-end software deployment projects for retail clients in Thailand, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with clients' digital transformation and product strategies.
Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed deployment plans with milestones, timelines, and resource requirements; coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
On-site Deployment & Support: Travel nationwide to oversee rollouts, provide hands-on guidance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth adoption through training sessions in both English and Thai.
Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to verify functionality, performance, and reliability; address and resolve issues promptly.
Client Relationship & Account Management: Oversee all aspects of client relationships, including account management, acting as a Solution Architect for solution design, managing full P&L, and driving both organic and inorganic growth.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, document processes and resolutions, and provide regular status reports to internal and client stakeholders, including the VP of Customer Success
Job Requirements
Proven work experience in Thailand, with a strong background in retail supply chain and B2B SaaS/logistics solutions.
Experience in software implementation, project management, and large-scale deployments in complex environments, preferably within retail or supply chain sectors.
Experience in digital transformation or product management roles.
Solid understanding of retail and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel extensively across Thailand.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving requirements.
