Our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager that plays a pivotal role in driving sales and market presence within a specific geographic area. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic planning, strong leadership, and effective customer relationship management.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets within the territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers in the territory.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the territory.
- Develop promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the retail and FMCG sectors.
- Experience in managing South Area (Batangas and Laguna)
- Strong background in operations, execution, and sales strategy.
