Our respected client is seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring the growth and visibility of wine and liquor brands within assigned channels. This position will be based at the company's head office in Parañaque.
Job Summary
The Sales Executive plays a vital role in supporting the company's commercial and trade objectives by developing strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and supporting trade marketing activities. The role will focus on the FMCG, hotel, restaurant, and bar/club sectors, ensuring brand visibility, effective execution of sales initiatives, and consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve targets within assigned accounts and channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, particularly hotels, restaurants, and clubs/bars, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with trade marketing and commercial teams to implement promotional campaigns, activations, and merchandising activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the FMCG and liquor industry to expand customer base.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Ensure proper visibility and placement of brands within outlets.
- Support in-store promotions and events to maximize consumer engagement.
- Drive compliance with sales and trade guidelines across assigned channels.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a Brand Associate, Sales, or Trade Marketing role.
- Background in FMCG or alcohol/liquor industry, with prior experience in handling hotels, restaurants, and/or clubs/bars.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be able to drive an automatic vehicle (with a valid driver's license).
- Results-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work on-site in Parańaque City with occasional fieldwork.
