Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Training Specialist (Digital Imaging) on behalf of a premium consumer electronics company who will provide training and workshops for digital imaging thru promoters and salesmen. The role will directly report to the Training Manager. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City with a hybrid setup.
Job Functions:
- Provides Training thru Promoters, Agency Trainers, Dealers, and Salesmen.
- Provides Training support thru store visits/bite-size training/coaching
- Generate Training materials and Training related reports
- Liaise with MarComm/Mktg/Sales for Events/Workshop and Exhibit support
- Schedule Training/Workshops and other related activities
- Host Livestreaming Workshops and Training
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in facilitating product training esp. in digital imaging is required
- Proficient in MS Office / Editing Software
- Must have background and interest in technology especially cameras
- Must know photography/videography/editing
