Role Description
The position will be responsible for managing and controlling overall collections daily operations which includes developing plans and strategies for optimizing the process.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up Collection policy, goals, and budget.
- Set up Collection strategies and procedures.
- Manage portfolio both Pre-write off and Post write off.
- Supervise and Manage Collection operation team.
- Monitor, analysis and evaluate daily and monthly collection performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in any field
- Functional Knowledge in the areas of Retail Finance products. (Credit Card, Personal Loan and Hire Purchase)
- Relevant years of experience in Debt Management
- Communication skill and good in English
- Analytical ability
